Hoover Fragrances
Hoover fragrances were never mentioned to me when I was young. Even though the vacuum cleaner was always being used, I never remember it smelling of perfume.
I always lifted my feet so that my mum could hoover underneath. We had a dog who didn’t particularly malt its fur, although the vacuum was used regularly to eliminate the smallest amount of pet hair. Perhaps the only downside was that it was very powdery, so you had to ensure every bit of power was hoovered up if you had pets or small children playing on the carpet. This product left the room with a lovely fragrance, and it would be used maybe once a week to keep the carpets and the room smelling fresh.
They were still affordable back then and now come in several scents. Whilst we can use candles, fragrance sticks and incense burners to give the home a scented fragrance, what about the vacuum cleaner?

Not many of us don’t like candles, especially Yankee-scented candles. I first noticed these wonderful creations several years ago at my local garden centre at Christmas. Visiting a garden centre is always a delightful place to visit during the festive season, with its tree ornaments, garlands and unique gifts.
Head over to the candle section, and you’ll find shelves full from floor to ceiling with various colours, styles, and gorgeous-smelling scents. You can smell the fragrances as soon as you walk through the door. With so many to choose from, the decision often becomes difficult.
Which candle to choose
When it comes to candles, a classy design is just as crucial as a gorgeous fragrance. After all, candles are on show in our homes, so it’s good to go for one that looks elegant and homely. The Yankee will overstretch the budget if you’re looking for cheap candles.

The jars also come with a lid, an excellent way of holding onto the scent when the candle is not lit. If you’re prone to headaches around strong fragrances, try to choose the more delicate scents. Some winter scents can be a little overpowering if they’re sat in a small room in the home.

Women can get away with wearing a more masculine scent, similar to male clothing. However, females—especially the younger generation — wear trousers and sports jumpers very much.

With its base notes of sandalwood and cedarwood, No. 900 allows for a masculine fragrance to still be present for the male wearer and still have a hint of femininity for the ladies. It has notes similar to Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry and is one of FM’s top-selling unisex fragrances.
Whilst a designer bottle will cost just under £200 online, FM is an excellent alternative for a more affordable fragrance with similar notes and the exact size bottle.
Sometimes, we must be savvy shoppers if we have expensive taste in perfume. Like some of their other fragrance bottles, the bottle is clumpy and inconvenient.

Typically, once youngsters begin using deodorant around 11-12, there is no harm in boys and girls wearing a suitable fragrance.

There are many alternatives online to men’s and women’s fragrances. Many of these are ‘copies,’ typically diluted scents packaged in the same box with a fancy bottle that looks identical to the authentic product. We try the scent and realize it either doesn’t smell like we imagined or only lasts a few hours.
