My story with Utique Luxury Face Oil
I first tried FM World’s face oil in the summer of 2020. I’d recently had my first COVID vaccination, and within a few days, the skin around my eyes became extremely dry and red.

During the winter and cooler months, our feet spend lots of time confined in socks and closed-in shoes. It’s easy to forget about their care until we return home from work, step into the shower, and notice the dry skin forming around our heels and big toes.
The heels and the areas around the big toe are prone to dryness. Allowing the skin on your heels to dry can lead to painful cracks. Trust me, it can be very uncomfortable if it reaches that point. Remember, prevention is better than a cure.
Our feet are essential.
In winter, it’s easy to neglect our feet since they’re often hidden away in shoes and boots, out of sight and out of mind. Perhaps that’s one reason why we tend to prioritise the care of our hands over our feet.
Many of us spend considerable time on our feet each day at work. Our feet bear the brunt of being squeezed into tight shoes or boots to support our bodies for extended periods.

For the best results, it’s essential to prep the skin before using a pumice stone, typically after a bath or shower when the skin is soft and can be gently removed. Pumice stones wear down over time, so it’s best to use them when wet, which allows them to glide smoothly over calloused skin. Soaking your feet in warm water further softens the skin, making the process easier.
Pumice stones are affordable and widely available. While they are excellent for softening hard skin on your feet, you’ll need to use them regularly to maintain soft and smooth skin.
Using an exfoliating foot peel
Exfoliating foot peels offer several benefits. They can help remove dead skin cells, calluses, and rough patches, making your feet smoother and softer. However, like face sheet masks, a wide variety of brands are available on the market, so choosing the right one can be challenging.
I had encountered reviews of the foot peel by FM World, so I was eager to try it. The package contains two liquid sachets and two sock bags. You pour the liquid into separate sock bags, one for each foot.
Before using the exfoliating foot peel, remove any nail polish. Clean, dry feet are inserted into the bags provided. The sticky labels secure the bags around your ankles for a snug fit. The instructions advise wearing the bags for 60 to 90 minutes, an excellent opportunity to relax, watch TV, or read a book.

After the designated time, remove your feet from the bags, rinse the remaining liquid with water, and gently pat your feet dry. The exfoliation process will begin within 4 to 7 days and continue for 3 to 5 days.

Over the past two years, our faces have spent so much time under a surgical mask, contributing to one reason why many of us have suffered from dry skin. What better way to look after our skin than to use a hydrotherapy sheet mask?

How to use the Hydrotherapy sheet mask
You must follow your daily skincare routine and cleanse the skin before applying the mask. It’s important to remember that the hydrotherapy sheet mask does not exfoliate the skin. You can use a separate product called Aloe Vera Peel-Off Facial Mask.
What’s lovely about the hydrotherapy sheet is its moisture dripping. At first, the sheet looks too big to fit anyone’s face. Once it’s on and gently smoothed onto the skin, there is enough sheet to fit the face and the neck.
Please sit back, relax with some music and leave the mask to do its magic for 15 minutes. Once you take the sheet off, use the excess for your neck. Plenty of moisture is in one sheet, so add some to this area, too.
Rinse your face with cool water, gently pat dry, and feel the instant benefit of smooth, hydrated, glowing skin.
It is recommended to use face masks at least once a month, but we all know how busy we get, and this isn’t always possible.
Like our daily skincare routine, we need to habitually use other products because we will undoubtedly see the benefit later.

After using the hydrotherapy sheet on three or four occasions, I noticed that the fine wrinkles around my eyes had improved and appeared smoother. These won’t be visible the first time you use the sheet, so it’s good to use it regularly for maximum benefit. As we get older, we constantly fight the signs of ageing.
The first sign that many of us see, for both men and women, are fine lines around the lips and the eye area. Skin needs more of an intense moisturiser than many of the products that we see and purchase in shops and online can give. They often sit on the skin’s surface and don’t penetrate to the deeper layers.
Using a facial sheet regularly will enable the skin to maintain its elasticity and prevent it from drying out from elements such as hot weather and central heating throughout the winter. When the skin is moisturised, women’s makeup will sit better, be more accessible to apply, and last longer. For the men, this will allow their skin to stay moisturised, primarily if they work outdoors in all weather.
It will also prevent the skin from tightening and feeling uncomfortable.

Everyone loves candles, and they’re not just for the winter months. Summer-scented candles are just as popular. We already know that candles have existed for many years and have many uses.

FM doesn’t copy designer fragrances. Instead, by incorporating similar fragrance notes, FM perfumes offer a scent that is comparable and familiar to well-known designer fragrances.

I mentioned popular celebrity fragrances that are around at the moment. Let’s take a look at Paco Rabanne– 1 million.
The Paco Rabanne scent is pure class. Distinguished, unique and popular with both men and women A famous men’s fragrance, this scent could cost around £70 when purchased from stores such as Superdrugs.
