Vacuum fresheners by FM World have been hugely popular over the past few years, so let’s look at why they are selling fast. We spend vast amounts of money annually on fragrances and incense sticks for the home to make ourselves and our surroundings smell fresh and clean, but many will neglect their vacuum cleaners. It’s not usually something that we think of when it comes to scents, but it has become very popular recently.

Our homes are filled with scented fragrances, so I wanted to share a review of scented wardrobe fragrances with you all. We’ve seen the candles, the wax melts, and the room sprays—all are very popular. So what about making our wardrobe smell good, too?
Working with a perfume company for the past seven years, we are never short of fragrance products to use and recommend. I firmly believe that we need to try something before purchasing. More than just a wardrobe fragrance
I have one hanging on the indicator stick to keep my car smelling fresh, as I have found many car fragrances can be overpowering. I also have one hanging from the back door curtain pole in the kitchen. Keeping a kitchen smelling fresh is more challenging as sprays are not recommended. They can coat kitchen surfaces when settled, which isn’t great when surfaces are needed for cooking. With a handy shape that fits around the wardrobe pole, they are simple to use and last a few months.

Hoover Fragrances
Hoover fragrances were never mentioned to me when I was young. Even though the vacuum cleaner was always being used, I never remember it smelling of perfume.
I always lifted my feet so that my mum could hoover underneath. We had a dog who didn’t particularly malt its fur, although the vacuum was used regularly to eliminate the smallest amount of pet hair. As an adult, I now see the need to plug in electrical items, as it gives a feeling of completeness that the house is clean.
Carpet freshener
In the 1970s, I remember a product called Shake ‘N’ Vac. You shook carpet powder all over the floor and left it to soak for a few minutes before hoovering it up.
With a very catchy song to its advert and the lady dancing with the vacuum cleaner as she cleaned the carpet, the TV advert was a huge hit alone and ended up being a top-selling product to have in the kitchen cupboard.
Perhaps the only downside was that it was very powdery, so you had to ensure every bit of power was hoovered up if you had pets or small children playing on the carpet. This product left the room with a lovely fragrance, and it would be used maybe once a week to keep the carpets and the room smelling fresh.
They were still affordable back then and now come in several scents. Whilst we can use candles, fragrance sticks and incense burners to give the home a scented fragrance, what about the vacuum cleaner?

Here’s a helpful tip: rotate the reed diffuser sticks once a week. This allows the fragrance already soaked into the sticks to give the room a hint of scent when rotated.
